[rpd] Secretariat PDWG

Greetings all,

Personally I will like to go with option 1. There are too many grey areas
in the practicality of consensus when it comes to this community based on
previous history.

We have had an online election structure before, so why put in the effort
to develop that structure and abandon it in a split second. Is it that we
keep developing temporary solutions to the problem.

A selection process though an online election for me is ideal.
