To add up to this at the time the appeal Gregoire who was the person who
submitted it answered a question from Dr Paulos B Nyirenda, member of
the Appeal Committee with the following message bellow which was
confirmed by Dr Paulos afterwards.

================================

Hi Paulos,

At the date of our appeal, the proposal had no reference attributed by
the staff, it still presented the reference of version 3 of the draft,
on Afrinic website.

Here is the reference of the last draft4 ID AFPUB-2019-V4-003-DRAFT04,
published on the website as of today. Of course the staff will be able
to confirm all this.

Thank you,

Gregoire Ehoumi

================================

In any way, I hope regardless of the version the Appeal Committee
analyses the decisions taken by the Co-Chairs.

Fernando
