[rpd] Transfer Policy

Dear All, 

In addition to what Ekaterina said, this Transfer Policy has already been brought before the community, debated upon and brought forward during the  PPM and reached a rough consensus and moved forward to the LAST CALL where necessary editorial changes are been made. So, if to my comprehension you aren’t aware of this development, its either you weren’t in attendance at the just concluded PPM of the AfRINIC Online Summit 2020 or you are trying to undermine the work, effort and diligence of the community, the staffs and the Board. To know more about which policies reached a rough consensus and which didn’t, as well as the decisions of the Board during the PPM, you can find it on the AFRINIC Youtube Page. 

OH…. to sweeten it up, the last call just ended a few minutes ago and a message was sent to the rpd mailing list saying that this Transfer Policy has been recommended for ratification. I guess this resolves it all.
