[rpd] AIS 20 & Co-chair election process

Je suis d'accord avec vous, Monsieur Mpata et Mme Oloumou. Nous avons
besoin de rendre l'événement inclusif et cela requiert que nous tenions
compte des réalités de chaque pays. Si on veut une réunion en ligne, que
l'on ait au moins une garantie que la prochaine tenue du sommet physique se
fera en #RDC...
