It was a suggestion (not a demand) which, I iterate, does not have to be adopted.<br>

Kindly suggests a means of ensuring that I, for example, do not go on twitter or to my ?long? list of friends and tell them to vote for candidate X or tell them to ?+1? a reply on a certain topic. Yet they have no clue what is at stake. This practice is evident on the lists.<br>

Nous venons ici donner nos propositions suite au message de la tenue<br>
de la r?union de politique publique qui aura comme : L?ordre du jour<br>
du Sommet Africain de l'Internet 2020 (AIS-20) qui se tiendra du 14 au<br>
18 septembre 2020. Le mandat d'un des copr?sidents du PDWG (un an)<br>
prendra fin pendant la r?union de politique publique et Le processus<br>
d'?lection du copr?sident du PDWG.<br>
Vue les engins ; Vue le cas de force majeur constater suit au Covid19:<br>
Nous disons non ? la tenue de la r?union en ligne dans ce sens puisque<br>
la RDC a beaucoup des probl?mes d?internet qu?il faut r?soudre et la<br>
pr?sence physique pourra permettre aux structure locaux et aux<br>
institutions publique ? prendre en compte des recommandations,<br>
propositions sur l?internet et ? bien augmenter la c?l?rit? et<br>
intensifier l?impact de l?internet au Congo et sur toute l??tendue de<br>
la R?publique.<br>
Personne n?ignore le potentialit? que pr?sente la RDC en terme de sa<br>
position et en terme de consommation d?internet d?ici 2025. AFRINIC a<br>
dans ces objectifs de promouvoir et de travailler au c?t? des<br>
institutions priv?e et ?tatiques pour promouvoir l?utilisation de<br>
l?internet.<br>
Chers tous, dans notre pays son excellence monsieur pr?sident de la<br>
R?publique(RDC) venez de lancer une plateforme num?rique et la<br>
num?risation des institutions de la RDC sans oublier qu?il a m?me<br>
nomm? un conseil du numerique. Pour AFRINIC et ses partenaires ont<br>
toute les opportunit?s des soutenir ma pr?occupation.<br>
Voil? mes propositions :<br>
1) Que le conseil d?administration se r?unissent tr?s rapidement pour<br>
constater le cas de force majeur suite au covid19 et adopter que la<br>
r?union reste en RDC et doit se tenir physiquement apr?s covid19.(ce<br>
covid19 est un catastrophe qui ne d?pend ni du conseil<br>
d?administration, ni de la communaut? : le statut qui r?jouissent<br>
AFRINIC garde son silence la dessus)<br>
NB : si la francophonie continuer le pr?paratif pour organiser les<br>
jeux en RDC et pourquoi pas AFRINIC ;<br>
2) Que le Copr?sident en fonction reste jusqu?? nouvelle ordre.<br>
3) Que les membres et les conseils d?Administration d?AFRINIC puisse<br>
soutenir le crie de plus des 80 Millions d?habitants.<br>
Chers membres de la communaut? AFRINIC, le destin de notre beau<br>
Afrique est dans nos mains, par ceci plus de 80 millions d?habitants<br>
ont besoin de l?internet et votre pr?sence physique en RDC pourra<br>
r?soudre et nous permettre ? bien r?soudre tant des probl?mes<br>
administratifs, technique et d?investissement dans ce domaine de<br>
l?internet.<br>
Nous demandons votre soutien et continue ? dire non, non, non, ? la<br>
tenue de la r?union en ligne.<br>
