[rpd] AIS 20 & Co-chair election process

Je soutiens votre point de vue, monsieur BINEMO. Surtout que nous avons
besoin d'une jeunesse congolaise informée et FORMÉE. Le sommet permet aussi
des sessions et ateliers de formation pour le renforcement des capacités
techniques des jeunes afin de rendre Internet accessible et d'usage
égalitaire par tous. Si nous voulons plus d'intégration, il faudra tenir
compte des conditions particulières de chaque pays hôte et surtout à la
pénétration d'internet en RDC qui est de moins de 15 %.

J'encourage le maintien des co-chairs actuels jusqu'à la prochaine
rencontre physique AIS ou AFRINIC et nous sollicitons une confirmation des
membres du Conseil d'administration que le prochain sommet aura
effectivement lieu en RÉPUBLIQUE DÉMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO, RDC, Terre de
LUMUMBA.
