IQ and EQ are both needed. So long as they are mesured in terms of

- financial acument (IQ)
- demonstration of ability to build and lead a team (EQ mostly)
- ability to create and activate strategy (IQ + EQ)

i not sur that nomcom can directly mesure IQ and EQ, so prvious
accomplishment at managerial level is the best indicator of balance
combination of two of them.
