[rpd] Policy Development Draft Agenda for AfriNIC 25

Dear SM,

I join you in congratulating the Chairs. It might also be usefull for
AFRINIC to consider organizing Webinars to build the Capacity of
members on how to participate in the Policy Developement Process on a
continuous basis. This will enable input from a wider audience within
the community. I agree to some extent in bottom up processes, the role
of Chair's is limited to intense lobbying that goes on in the
background before positions are arrived at.
