Thank you to Leo Vegoda for the link to the videos.

During the meeting, a participant commented that an issue which was 
posted to the mailing list was not addressed.  It was possible to 
verify whether that is correct or not.  The video recording does not 
show that the verification was done.

The format of a session and the fact that a draft policy is 
controversial can result in a split between "support" and 
"oppose".  I usually do not give much weight to comments which are 
not supported by evidence.  It is useful to identify the issues 
(based on evidence) before a decision is taken.  Weighting can then 
be done to avoid a vote which will end up in a split.
