I'm familiar with the proposal. What I was saying is that I'd like to
dig into it when it is updated with specific language about showing IPv6
deployment. At the moment, it only speaks to requiring the LIR to have
an IPv6 allocation. This does not address the IPv6 deployment angle this
thread is taking.
