Andrew,

it was so clear in Boswana meeting that, the RUSH to deplete v4 WAS NOT the way to go! ...lets keep in mind africa is diverse. Africa != SA or 2 or 3 countries.
fearness nd equity will serve the region better.

ofcause in principle we know v6 is the future.
