[rpd] Integrity Issues

Dear Chair,

Thank you for sharing with us the updates
of Board activities. However I'm really far to be satisfied on your response which seems to me and most of the members incomplete. 

I would like to add my voice in supporting the request of Mr Arnaud for the minute of that particular meeting to be publish so that the community will also be satisfied as 
the Board are now on Mr Andrew integrity issue.
