Dear Grace,

Kindly be very specific in your request. You are asking for the minutes
of what meeting?

Is it the minutes of the meeting already displayed in Tunis or the
minutes of the meeting where the Board discussed the issue?

If it is the first, it was done in Tunis. If it is the second, I have
addressed it in my update to the community. Would you be asking the
Board to selectively publish minutes out of sequence?
