Definitely odd. For it not to be odd, you would need a #6 - to explain
why the archive needed to be downloaded in the first place.
I liked Dr. Nii's analogy - when you go to a man's house and see his
door open, you don't go into his bedroom and take his property and give
it to your best friends even if they know the man. Or do you?
Even worse when you are a board member seeking re-election. And I am
not casting any aspersions, just stating facts.
