voici que cela sonne comme un glad :
"We are very concerned about the current challenges affecting AFRINIC. We
urge AFRINIC members and the wider African community, including civil
society and governments, to work together to support their RIR at a time
when it needs help and guidance in the form of constructive input... :

here is what sounds like a gladness:

"We are very concerned about the current challenges affecting AFRINIC. We
urge AFRINIC members and the wider African community, including civil
society and governments, to work together to support their RIR at a time
when it needs help and guidance in the form of constructive input... :

I think that this message comes to us as a form of invitation to appease,
to build not to destroy but especially in its dark hours of power and to
want to put the basic or fundamental interests of this community first.
The question I keep asking myself is why do we want to make so much effort
to throw the baby out with the dirty water?
If our interests converge well as a community and not as a scattered group
of people with hidden agendas we must denounce this way of doing things, we
must with courage and energy know that AFRINIC is a community asset and it
is in our deepest self that it must exist and shine.
Sincerely yours
