You don’t. However, that’s not what the clause calls for. It calls for an absence of noncom members domiciled in the region of a geographically limited seat.

As far as the geographic directors fine no issues none from east and south will be chosen. Next year there will be two geo and one non geo we only know candidates after the call. The clause isn’t about the candidates (though perhaps that would be better process). The clause is about the region to which the geographic seats are tied.
