Many thanks Olevie,

This is where rough consensus comes into play. It would be great for
colleagues from ISOC Togo not to give up on the engagement process as a
matter of fact there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel. Many
registries have gone through this kind of difficult processes and emerged
with win win scenarios. We beleive this should be the case Emmanuel,
continue engaging.
