<div dir="auto">Many thanks Olevie,<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">This is where rough consensus comes into play. Discussions lasted for several, as did the redelegation process which took nearly 6 years of discussions to come to fruition. The former Administrative and Technical Manager (the private company CAFE INFORMATIQUE ET TELECOMMUNICATIONS) is maintained as Technical Manager and the Regulatory Authority has become the new Administrative Manager of .tg. In reality, we had therefore come to an agreement on the content of this charter that we developed together. The problem remains the establishment of an inclusive management body for the ccTLD .tg by a NIC-Togo (Network Informaton Center) still fictitious. So this is not yet the case despite the accreditation of several other Registrars in addition to the Technical Manager. All this has led the Togolese chapter of ISOC to express reservations and refuse to validate the process. Indeed, we believe that it set up an inclusive NIC for a good management of the ccTLD, it is a practice considered as the best.</div><div><br></div><div> My two cents</div><div>Olévié.<br></div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">Le mer. 25 nov. 2020 à 06:11, Aboubacar Abdou <<a href="mailto:aboubacar.abdou@anrtic.km" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">aboubacar.abdou@anrtic.km</a>> a écrit :<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">merci de votre information<br clear="all"><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">*Aboubacar Abdou*<br><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px"><span style="font-size:12.8px"><i>Département </i></span><i style="font-size:12.8px">Système d'Information & Innovation Technologique</i><div>Portable: +269 3412655 / +269 4412655</div></div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px">Site Perso:aboubacar<a href="http://bassam.anrtic.km/" style="color:rgb(17,85,204)" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">.anrtic.km</a></div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px">=================================</div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px"><img src="https://docs.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0B4HEIYgqry-3SDlMT3Z0d3YtTDQ&revid=0B4HEIYgqry-3VXByVjlOcnp3dGp6SkQ5VW1UTUk2MTI5VXFJPQ" width="96" height="34"><br></div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px"><font size="2">Autorité Nationale de Régulation des TIC</font></div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px">BP: 6540, Oasis-Moroni, Union des Comores</div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px">Tel: +269 773 87 61 / Fax: +269 773 87 62</div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px">Web: <a href="http://www.anrtic.km/" style="color:rgb(17,85,204)" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">www.anrtic.km</a> <a href="http://fb.me/anrtic.km" style="color:rgb(17,85,204)" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">fb.me/anrtic.km</a></div><div style="color:rgb(136,136,136);font-size:12.8px">=================================</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><br><div id="m_6333106508817712440gmail-m_8274275264968524196mt-signature">
