I TOTALLY AGREE two different situations as remote participation was done for specific purpose. Refusing someone a VISA is the authority vested to the consular officer the same apples if you get you visa and you on you plane and at destination you give a different answer from what was given at interview they are also equally authorized to deport you as well.

They have vested powers that we can’t fight, you fight they can stop your years. We need to be cognizant and not diverge and these consular officers are always looking out for.
