Because visa granting is a privilege, not a right unfortunately.
Even Justin Trudeau can invite you and the consular officer have the
AUTHORITY to deny you a Visa, Period. I personally experience similar case
and I know exactly what I am refering to.
Let's not make this Visa issue a drama.
