Hi Haitham,

No, it doesn’t make sense to merge them. Because, the "PPM dates" is a very specific point. If any of both parts fail to reach consensus, all fail.

Making it apart means any of those can reach consensus independently.

Some times, small changes that can be split, make sense to keep them split.
