[rpd] Proposals impacting Section 3 of the CPM

We have received a new proposal regarding the PPM Dates. We also have the proposal PDP Working Group (WG) Guidelines and Procedures under discussion at the moment.


We invite the PDWG and the authors to discuss whether they find it appropriate that the two proposals be merged and discussed at the upcoming PPM.
