[rpd] Fwd: PDWG Co-Chairs Recall Request

The Recall request was so poorly written that it unmistakably shows just 
a huge nonconformity and insistence on flooding the list with the same 
repetition of arguments that have already been extensively discussed and 
resolved.

Half of the document was used to dispute the selection of the actual 
Co-Chairs, which has been already resolved by Community, Staff and 
Board. They have already filled an totally invalid appeal about this 
very same thing and not happy they repeat again in form of Recall that 
same thing.
The second part the document talks about the nonconformity about one of 
the proposals which have been already appealed and doesn't even have a 
update from the AC yet, but still seems they are intended to flood the 
PDWG with all sort of mechanisms to force their way.
