[rpd] Fwd: PDWG Co-Chairs Recall Request

I'd like to emphasize that people sharing a point does not always
necessarily mean they are in the same group. The probable reason for
commonality is recognizing what is SENSIBLE and you cannot blame them for
that. Also, the inherent 'right to freedom' cannot be questioned like what
you did. The recall request was sent in a proper manner and the Chair found
it worthy of being discussed with Board. Their response is what matters
most in the end.

Their recent actions on both the last policy meeting and the RPD list have proved their inability to effectively perform their duties to comply with the process and address the concerns expressed on certain policies.
