I have no idea who you are, where you are from, or who or what you are
representing, but I challenge you to justify the above statements in light
of the current known facts relating to the AFRINIC member designated by
the handle ORG-FGI1-AFRINIC, which currently holds the following IPv4
allocations, totalling some 1,114,112 IPv4 addresses:

196.58.0.0/16
196.59.0.0/16

The fact that nothing has been done to address this travesty, even though it
has been well publicised for more than a year now, if anything shows that
AFRINIC has not changed, has learned nothing, and remains corrupt to its core.
