[rpd] PDWG Co-Chairs Selection pursuant to Section 3.3 of CPM - Status @ 9 April 2021

Dear Saul,
Is the requirements for nomination stipulated in the CPM or was there a
consensus around that in the WG?
We cannot modify the CPM without a draft proposal and without reaching
consensus.
