[rpd] PDWG Co-Chairs Selection pursuant to Section 3.3 of CPM - Status @ 9 April 2021

I do not consent to this.
There is no basis for allowing this in the rules as written and no need to do this on an exceptional basis at this time.
If this is a desired outcome, it can be achieved by consensus of the PDWG at the next meeting without requiring exceptional process.
Please, let us follow the rules and do this through legitimate processes.
