[rpd] PDWG Co-Chairs Selection pursuant to Section 3.3 of CPM - Status @ 9 April 2021

This is nothing to do with consensus.
The candidates were disqualified since they did not meet the requirements for nomination ie a proposer/nominator and seconder and that the nominator actually knows the candidate and the other potential Candice withdrew.
