[rpd] PDWG Co-Chairs Selection pursuant to Section 3.3 of CPM - Status @ 9 April 2021

Dear PDWG,
I totally agree to this. I disagree with the process because it shows no
fairness. I see no reason why we would disqualify some candidates based on
rules that never reached consensus.
