[rpd] PDWG Co-Chairs Selection pursuant to Section 3.3 of CPM - Status @ 9 April 2021

To the WG,

I am against this hasty decision because we need to go back to WHY we need
these substitute co-chairs in the first place - it is to replace the
disqualified co-chair, and not to serve for another term.

The most prudent course of action is to select someone UNTIL we can convene
for the next AIS meeting (which is in the next few months already) and
choose other legitimate co-chairs. Adding to this questionable move is why
Mr. Ibeanusi was cast aside? Why did we choose the other two and not him?
He did not even get the due process that he should’ve gotten as a
legitimate candidate. Was he illegitimate? I do not think so. We so
ungraciously shook him off and that is not what he deserved. Lastly, my two
cents on the mess that was the disqualification of certain candidates is
that it wasn’t based on the CPM but rather only the deadline. That alone
reconstitutes Anthony back in the running. We should have Anthony and Elvis
back as candidates.

Thanks,

Nico
