Whereas the other 2 candidates applications had issues with controversy, I
note that from the secretariat submission, Elvis application lacked a
seconder.

I sort of looked at his CV submitted along with his application, and noted
that Elvis has experience in English teaching as a student of Arts focused
on Political Science and Conflict and is currently in Japan studying Peace
and Conflict.

None of his skills as per Elvis CV has anything to do with Internet Number
Resources and Open Standard Protocols...I mean nothing beyond Teaching
English to high school students.

Its also worth noting that Elvis has been participating for close to i
think a 1 year based on RPD archives if one cares to run a quick due
diligence against his names, you will not find any past records of his
participation.

I am not also sure if he has participated in any AFRINIC PPM physically
and/or remotely for the past 3 or 5 years.

I mean the brother lacks the technical knowledge, understanding and
experience of the Internet eco-system based on his own CV.

That is my observation of his profile in comparison with that of the
candidates that the working group via consensus has selected to chair and
manage the PDWG.

Cheers,
Noah
