AFRINIC suggestions of 2 or 3 years of past experience with the PDP
activity for a candidate is standard practise.  Even a normal prospective
employer often sets a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience for an employee
seeking a job.

This WG would do better with folks who have an idea what the PDP is all
about through some years of participation rather than a newbie who just
participated for a year and wants to quickly manage such a diverse WG.

Being critical of experience is not wise of you and as such, criteria C and
D should stay, as is, in my humble opinion.
