Dear Madhvi,


I don't see the current post as any attempt in helping the PDWG navigate 
out of the current quagmire. The outline you made seems to negate 
suggested solutions

I thought there was a proposition for a the constitution of a NomCOM. 
The NomCom will now call for interest, handle the due diligence of who 
is qualified to be a Co-Chair and subsequently an election if necessary. 
But I see this completely absent.

Except, if the Secretariat is taking up the responsibility of NomCom and 
this should be explicitly stated. Outside that I am not clear on we can 
proceed, with the open nature of your current communication.
