[rpd] Secretariat PDWG

I have noticed that we have been provided a staff impact
analysis/challenges for Option 1 only (Co-chair selection by the PDWG based
on an online election), without having one for Option 2 as well (Co-Chair
selection by the PDWG based on a consensus approach). Will the staff follow
up with an email of the Impact Analysis for option 2 shortly?

I believe it would be better for the community to have a global perception
about the pros/cons of the consensus approach as well, which has been
listed out several times in this list, in order for us to advance as soon
as possible.
