[rpd] Secretariat PDWG

Dear community,

As I mentioned before, it is highly and exceedingly required to proceed
with the first option which is having an online election by the PDWG, and I
emphasize the importance of it by relating it to one of the most major and
crucial factors that we should take into account, which is the large number
of people from different backgrounds that besides allowing them to be part
of the decision-making process we will permit them to vote, enable them to
have an opinion and most importantly empower them to proudly and
confidently share it. In addition, we should be accountable and responsible
for the impact and the outcome of whatever path we are going to choose, as
well as being aware of the fact that by the option we adopt, we will either
give or take the opportunity to/from people to participate and take part of
the whole process of choosing well-qualified co-chairs.
