Hello Madhvi,

This is Frank, one of the co-authors of AFPUB-2019-GEN-006-DRAFT02.

In this email I don't want to talk about the past appeal, I want to ask
about the way forward.

If I understand right, the policy proposal is in status "under discussion".

I believe there is a difference of opinion in the WG about whether there
are any unaddressed or unresolved concerns.

The co-authors and myself believe that all concerns have been adequately
addressed.

In the last part of
https://lists.afrinic.net/pipermail/rpd/2020/011040.html
(below "question:") I quoted 5 mailing list postings [1] from January
2020 (one year ago). In my understanding all were asking the PDWG
co-chairs to list ("enumerate") critical objections.

I don't recall that this has done during the discussion of the policy.
I believe it was only done for the "justification" of the declaration of
no-consensus.

Which I think was too late.

I'm requesting you, Madhvi, to help and encourage the PDWG co-chairs to
produce a numerated list of critical objections to the proposal.

I believe this is needed to go forward here.

Thanks,
Frank
