[rpd] Appeal against the declaration of consensus on proposal Resource Transfer Policy

Dear community; dear complainants,

In addition and in support to what Ekaterina has outlined and well detailed;

2.1 Editorial changes to every draft leading to the formation of a new draft does not require an impact analysis assessment to be made by AFRINIC and thus that’s why “Impact Analysis is Mandatory” was amongst the list of current proposals that didn’t reach a consensus.

2.2 Section 3.4.3 of the PDP permits editorial changes within the period of the last call. There is no where in the CPM that states that it is has to be made within a certain period or times frame of the Last Call period to allow for RDP deliberations.

Hence, I am not in support and negate the motive behind this appeal.

ELVIS
