Hello,
J'ai suivi avec attention les discussions depuis la réunion virtuelle.
Mais, je ne peux pas comprendre comment les co-chairs peuvent affirmer
que le consensus a été maintenu alors même que le consensus tel que
déterminé pendant la réunion était très problématique.
J'en appelle à la sagesse des co-chairs de bien vouloir reconsidérer
leur decision.
Seule l'Afrique, doit toujours gagner dans tout ce que nous faisons ici
