[rpd] RESOURCE TRANSFER POLICY

Hello everyone,


Oluwaseun I agree with your point of view. This transfer policy will
finally put Afrinic in the same position as the other RIRs, and it is
sustainable in the long run. Many people said that it put Africa in the
position of losing resources without gaining anything back. I disagree,
businesses in Africa are growing and this policy will become everyday more
important in terms of free flow of resources and collaboration between the
other service regions.

We need to start working for the future and better opportunities right now.
