[rpd] Revised Proposal | Chairs Elections Process (Draft-2)

Dear Jordi, dear Fernando, dear community,

The clause which I am referring to is 3.3. 2.14. My apologies if my
argument lacked clarity. I am very concerned over the fact that the
Board should nominate a temporary chair, in the case where a candidate
could not have been ratified. I wish further information would be
provided in regard to a potential electronic vote for such
ratification.
