[rpd] M and A transfers

Dear all,

The current policy on M and A transfers stipulates that the need to
all the resources must be justified (in case of a merger), following
existing policies and procedures. This policy is, to my mind, very
intrusive since it requires all the information that RIPE is
requesting:

•           Official legal documents issued by a national authority
supporting the change in business structure

•           Other documents supporting the change (if available)

I therefore oppose this policy.
