[rpd] Co-Chair Election Process

I don’t think anyone said that.

 

The point is that the PDP is very clear about:
The term of the chairs. Chaging that requires a policy change.
The way they are elected (show hands), including remote participants. Doesn’t present any restriction to “virtual-only-meetings”.
