Notre système reste bon parcequ'on cherche la participation de la masse et
suscité l'intérêt des tous. Mais il faut se poser quelques questions sur la
participation a distance : combien des participants à distance à chaque
réunion ? Et dans combien des régions d'espace de travail d'Afrinic? Est ce
que leurs participations à distance contribuent il efficacement au PDP? Si
oui quelle sont les résultats ? Je pense que nous devons revoir certaine
manière de faire entre autre nos principes et normes de participation au
discution des politiques en tenant compte des objectifs que l'on veut
atteindre.
