[rpd] Larus foundation and Afrinic PDP

@Badru Ntege,

In response to what Daniel submitted, could you please substantiate the
real issue you felt not addressed?

I quite agree with Daniel's submissions. I was just wondering what the
term "Genuine Sponsor" could mean from those having negative thoughts about
the LARUS fellowship programme. Could it be they are referring to the kind
of sponsors that dictates how the meeting should flow?

I am yet to see the real issue with the LARUS and if none can be clearly
identified then I suggest the sponsors of this discussion to keep shut!
