[rpd] Larus Foundation and Afrinic PDP

Je suis tout à fait d'accord avec toi Kakel.

Je trouve qu'il est très normal pour une organisation d'être partielle tant
que celà se fait en objectivité totale.

Dailleurs, Larus ne fait peut-être pas l'exception mais se comporte au
moins d'une manière objective et dont les travaux sont bénéfiques pour la
communauté Africaine.

Essayons cette fois-ci de voir la grande image et de la comparer à ses
semblables avant de juger ou de suivre des jugements sans pré-requis.
