[rpd] Larus Foundation and Afrinic PDP

Owen je ne pense pas avoir été discourtois envers qui se soit dans mes
messages. Par contre vos messages eux contiennent des caractères
discourtois par moment. Mais je n'en tiens pas rigueur.

Mes je ne suis pas aussi fanatique que ça, lorsque les arguments contre mes
idées sont valables, j'ai l'humilité de l'accepter et de mettre à jour mes
propositions. Par contre il y a des gens qui aiment à se répéter, pour
imposer leur point de vue, par insistance.

Tes propositions et tes arguments sont biaisés par ton appartenance au
groupe qui combat acharnement la proposition de politique sur review par
exemple, donc je ne peux absolument pas considérer tes interventions comme
neutres. Et personne ne le ferait.

Il faut aussi que tu cesses de voir partout une attaque personnelle dans
mes messages, pour la plus part ce sont des constats, suite à certaines
observations.
