[rpd] Monthly Call

Hello Abdulkarim,

This is a good idea. I agree with Jordi too by limiting the number proposal
to only 2 per month to accommodate Q & A.

However, if you are expecting 13 proposals in the next meeting, the calls
can accommodate only 10.

Early scheduling for the call/proposals would be very important too. This
will enable participants to adequately read the proposals and note some
questions if ANY.

I dont really understand what you mean by " two timings"?

Recording too is very important and i hope the proceedings will be made
available via the mailing list so that members who may possibly missed the
call could actually follow the trend.
