[rpd] Monthly Call.

Hi,

 

As author of several proposals, I think will prefer some time around mid-morning. I may not be available most of the time in the afternoons. However, some times I will be traveling and will not be possible also in some specific weeks.

 

However, because authors need to be present and there are several months ahead, I think it should be easy to coordinate, internally among co-chairs and authors to arrange the webinars each month for the following month, as the order in which they are presented across the months is not so relevant.

 

I will suggest that in each call we do two presentations, and the presentation time is only about 8-10 minutes, so as much time as possible is devoted to Q&A, suggestions from the community to improve the proposals, and so on.
