[rpd] Nomcom request for feedback

Are you asking what the nomcom should do in the current situation? If yes,
then I will suggest:
1. That the candidates that are complaining are telling us that they are
interested and should be considered.
2. Going forward nomcom should be more open with the process, that way the
community will be aware of happenings and can defend the nomcom.
3. Publish the 9 candidates as possible co-chairs for the election.

Doing this will remove any doubt of underhand.
