[rpd] policy proposal for removing Multihoming requirement (CPM 7.4.2) - volunteers ?

Hi all,

Following slides from yesterday James presentation, one of the problems that I believe is more important and urgent to solve (also talking to some guys in the break), is to remove this requirement.

Anyone will like to submit a proposal on this?

I'm happy to help drafting it, coauthor, or whatever way you prefer.

Otherwise, I will progress myself.
